EIRS系統維護時間：每日08：00\~08：10，低速運行。

7日內故障，免費更換新品

1年內故障，免費更換良品

簡易故障排除，YC12經WIFI基地台連往AZURE，在有效的網路內才可運作，可事前確認網路及電源增進快除故障。
